How To Fix iTunes Error 13014

While you ate attempting to sync iPhone/iPod/iPad with iTunes on Mac or Windows, the iTunes error 13014 may occur like the following message:

The iPhone “Username iPhone” cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13014).

To fix the error, follow these steps below:

  1. Update the latest version of iTunes.
  2. Re-run iTunes, if the error still exits, an then reboot computer.
  3. Close iTunes, disable the anti-virus software temporarily.
  4. Re-run iTunes and re-sync the device.
  5. Turn off Genius in iTunes, and click View tab, and then click “Hide Genius Sidebar”.
